There is always room for family Fare with summer night flicks. Among the movies that pass the evaluation that is family-friendly is an old favorite that continues to collect fans over 20 years after its release. The next movie in the Star Wars franchise, Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back is frequently thought of as the best of the six published Star Wars movies. The movie continues to follow the adventures of Han Solo, portrayed by Harrison Ford Jedi Luke Skywalker, played by Mark Hamil; and Carrie Fisher’s Princess Leia. The movie focuses on the Rebel Alliance against the Empire and the heroes’ battles.
The Dark Knight
Films pack at the same Level of activity as the next movie in the Batman franchise, The Dark Knight. This Christopher movie stars Christian Bale as Batman versus the villain in the Batman world, The Joker. The Dark Knight is dark and moody, with wall-to-wall actions and brilliant performances put in by the lead actors. Bale’s Batman is a mixture of vulnerability in his Bruce Wayne character together in his persona that is masked. Ledger’s Joker, on the other hand, is a ball of mad, with Ledger as he brings the character displaying skill. Toss in the batch of gadgets to a strong cast, your Batman, and an intriguing plot and you have a summer night movie that is guaranteed to appeal to adolescents and adults equally.
Toy Story 3
To keep the interest of children for the length of a movie can be hard. With Toy Story 3, short attention spans are not an issue. The movie starring Tom Hanks and Tim Allen’s voices runs through scenes quickly enough to keep kids. The storyline is simple enough for children to follow along and the humor is wide enough for libertyland to maintain siblings. The story revolves round the toy’s travel from a daycare centre where they have been dropped off to play after their owner leaves for college, back to the house of their owner. The world is filled with obstacles to the toys to move through, offering loads of danger to keep the suspense. This film’s animation stands out, bringing the toys.
The Avengers focuses on a group of heroes as opposed to the actions of one individual. It is this group dynamic that makes The Avengers a terrific feature film worth viewing, as typically independent personalities like Iron Man, Thor, and The Hulk come together to fight a common foe, Loki. Like many comic book hero movies, The Avengers is action-filled, providing loads of eye-candy for audiences to enjoy. Why it is extraordinary though is the great acting from Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man to Scarlet Johansson as Black Widow, together with the celebrities managing to bring the comic book heroes to life for a fun of screen time.
